Quick & easy knife sharpening - J. Neilson
This is how I sharpen my knives. A belt grinder is needed but, it's fast and easy.
Thank you for all the comments. Here is a link to the actual machine I use- http://www.kalamazooindustries... - in my sharpening. It didn't have the top cover on it so I didn't realize it was a Kalamazoo belt set-up with the Baldor motor. Sorry for any confusion.
