Sheila Ferguson is in a panic during her first professional service. Her salmon dish is very popular and she is forced to start at an extraodinary pace. Fred's Haddock pie is selling steadily and he copes extremely well. Richard has to wait a while for anyone to order his veal but cooks it perfectly.
