Paraguayan poor battle for land reform 15-Aug-2008
Paraguay's new president has been sworn in, bringing an end to more than six decades of one-party rule.
Fernando Lugo, a former bishop, once led anti-government protests and fought for peasant rights.
Key to his victory was his promise of land reform. Now that Lugo's in power, the poor who helped propel him to victory will be watching to see if he delivers on the promise. Lucia Newman reports.
